Hunger pangs, Google & SEO ?  How will Google help with hunger pangs and where does SEO come in here ?

Hungry? Go to Google. This was what i said to myself after a recent launch from Google, Just go to Google and it  will take care of your desire to eat whatever food you are pining for, effectively and efficiently. All you have to do is just let Google know.

What has hunger got to do with Google & SEO?

Hunger, Google & SEO?  Strange it may sound however,  If you want to order food online, all you need to do is search for restaurants nearby in Google, and click on “Place order” on the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) itself. You will need to choose the preferred delivery service after which you will directed to their website to complete the order. That’s it. Your food will be on the way!

This is a great feature  for local business owners. To ensure that local business owners do not miss out on this opportunity they need to have this feature enabled. They may want to visit the “Connect to your customers” section
of Google to find out how to optimize their local presence through Google:

Basically with this feature enabled, visitors will be able to complete their booking through a link which is essentially the link to the third party delivery service provider. This link will be displayed along with the local business listing on the SERPs.

Local business should continue to focus on optimizing their presence locally by implementing SEO best practices and by enabling options offered by Google and other search providers for local businesses. Currently this service is limited to the US and we are hoping this will get extended to other countries soon.

Happy mother’s day to all mothers! Make the most of this service from Google by ordering from Google “without clicking twice”.

Spend more time with your loved ones. Enjoy today and everyday ’cause there are so many good things happening to make our life easier, and so much more to look forward to. Cheers!

The internet has been a great source of interest to me. I have been involved with website promotions and SEO since the late 90s. Those days SEO was not as well-known or wasn't really the top priority for most businesses. The whole SEO concept was still at its nascent stage. It is interesting how SEO has evolved over the past decade. My objective of setting up this website is to share my experiences and help your business attain a higher visibility on the internet.
